The Cold Steel Magnum Tanto knives feature VG-1 San Mai III blades with high satin finished hollow ground blade bevels and a contrasting horizontal line brush finish on the blade flats. The Cold Steel Tanto comes with the famous flattened oval Kraton handle and a tsuba-style (sword) guard. The tapered, solid steel pommel was designed to concentrate the full force of a crushing blow in a small area so that even a moderately powerful blow can be remarkably effective in disarming or otherwise incapacitating an attacker. The knives in the Cold Steel Tanto series come with a premium black leather sheath.
